You pretty much get at least 2SB for every $1 spent, but it varies by store.
From what I've read it takes 32 days to receive your swagbucks so take a screen shot of your receipt and set a reminder to check you got your credits.

Then I switched to running the videos in IE and haven't had any problems...I alternate between Robert Downey, Justin Bieber and Alyssa Milano (all short vids and near each other so I don't have to scroll through the pages) and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately I can't find an add-on for a refresh program for IE, so I just minimize the IE window and manually click on the alternate videos every minute or so when I'm doing other stuff on other browsers (FF and Chrome).
