You should update your deal description to mention that this is for the Hydraglyde version—I almost purchased it before realizing. I tried these once and they made my contacts blurry.

all fun and games until you put the hydrogen peroxide straight in your eye on a groggy morning. Switched to non-peroxide solutions after doing that a couple times.

Yes there is a red tip on the bottle to remind you...no it did not help an idiot like me.

Did this a couple times on a sample pack and I no longer use peroxide...

You are not alone. I hat that costco only carries the hydraglyde version cause it makes my eyes blurry as well.

I stopped using Clear Care w/ Hydroglyde about a year ago. Was buying the 2 pack from Costco for years. Out of the blue I started getting cloudy vision and saw rainbow artifacts especially around bright lighting. Seriously thought my retinas were detaching or some other serious eye issue. This went on for a couple of weeks. The doctor was not able to see any problems. I finally figured out it was due to the hydroglyde solution and switched to using multipurpose, even the Kirkland brand. My contacts are clear and eyes feel less dry and tired.

I was buying generic peroxide solutions from various store brands (Equate, Target, Walgreens, etc) and they had worked fine for a while but strangely all of the store branded peroxide contact solutions went out of stock and became discontinued.

Sorry everyone, I've never done such a thing in 20 years of using this product.

Thanks for posting this. I just did the same. I have been using the hydraglide version and after seeing everyone else's comments about blurry vision I'm wondering if that's why my lenses have been blurry and uncomfortable. I was thinking it must be something going on with my eyes. I'll try the triple action and see if there's any improvement.

The Triple Action non-Hydraglide version is also showing the same coupon. Came out to $14 and change after tax for me. https://www.amazon.com/Clear-Care...B004O2A29E

Another kudos to whoever pointed out the triple action. Had only been using Hydraglide from Costco. 4 trips to the Opt. and we still didn't have it pinned down what was "off". But what tipped me off was one day I took the lenses out of the cleaner and ran them under tap water. Vision was perfectly fixed, no more blurry/inconsistencies, though it was pretty rough to wear, so the triple action is better than rawdogging it with water lmao

Do not wash with tap water - there is tiny chance of getting a nasty case of amoebiasis, for more https://www.cdc.gov/contact-lense...enses.html . Moreover if lens coated with HydraPEG, the makers of the coating suggest tap water may damage it and give shortlist of solutions (Clear Care being on the list)

If need to wash off the conditioner from Clear Care, use another conditioning solution (for regular or RGP contacts) or sterile saline solution (for scleral lens)
