In 2023 they had a BOGO on the Kid Kindles which also stacked with a trade-in. I was able to get 2 of the Paperwhites for just under $100. One of them recently had a hardware malfunction and since the kid versions are under warranty for 2 years instead of 1, I was able to get this brand new version sent to me (since they no longer make the older versions).

I purchased the BOGO on July 11, 2023, so I wonder if there won't be an even better deal on these for Prime Day.
