I just did mine and have yet to receive anything. It can take 2-3 days or so, but definitely check your spam folder.

If you pay in full, will the trade in get refunded straight to your card? Or would it come in as a credit towards your account, and then you would need to contact them to put it back towards your card?

interesting, perhaps that means your phone is shipping soon.

In my previous deals, I never received any email with trade in stuff until the shipping email came. I didnt preorder until 7/12 so i am way behind.

However, its way early for preorders to already ship. Who knows

that's interesting. went to do the pre-order, and it's not giving me the "free" storage upgrade option and now the promo says it's from 7/25-9/08. Must be a glitch in the system. Only letting me order 512gb option, as well.

but honestly, good that their continuing the trade-in promo after the pre-order period is done. i don't need the free storage upgrade, so i'll probably just wait till the 25th and do the trade-in at the store and not deal with potential problems of shipping the trade-in device

i know. it's showing me the full price of $1219.99 for the 512gb Z flip 7. 256gb is $1099. Yesterday, it showed that it would be $1099 for 512gb model, signifying the free upgrade. Today, it is not.

Looks exactly the same to me. there is no option to order 256

So, when i sign into my spectrum account, it doesn't give me the free upgrade option. but when i sign out and go to the product page (as if i'm prospective customer), it shows the discount. hmm.

Was the Fold 6 available in store last year? I didnt see anyone mention this on the F6 thread. I got my Fold 6 from Samsung last year. But this year the Samsung promo sucks.

I was answering someone who said we only get the credit monthly. I was explaining we get it as a 1000 credit if paid in full.

I never recommend buying a phone from a cable company. It will be locked to that cable company and they make it very difficult to unlock the carrier lock.
