In past deals, once everything was approved, you could pay off the balance and then call and get the full trade in value returned to your credit card. Look at some previous posted deals in the wiki for more info.

When ordering, online, in person or over the phone, keep asking to pay in full. Sometimes they reps make a mistake or just don't care. Don't sign or accept until is says that you are making a one time payment to pay in full.

As others have said, would not send in a different model or different IMEI for the trade in other than the one you entered in with your original order.

Is Spectrum internet necessary after getting the free 1 year mobile and ordering the fold7? I received the fold7, sent in the trade in today. I'll wait 60 days for unlock and refund $1005 trade in to my card.

Just wondering if I can cancel spectrum any time or need to keep it until the 60 days? I will use it for another month or so, but don't really need it after that.

Service needs to be active when you request unlock.

I signed up for Spectrum internet a while ago when they were running the free line promo but never activated the line since I didn't need it. But I just disconnected service due to moving locations. It still shows have one line ready to activate in my online account.
So is it possible for me to activate that line and take advantage of this trade-in promo?
