I called and said my account says that I can have a free additional line but when I try to check out it wants to charge me $30. The agent asked me to email her a screenshot of the offer and then asked me to email a screenshot after I clicked on details. I did both and she said she would add it manually. She was communicating with her supervisor and they both worked on it. At first she said that I had to pay the 1st months charge of $30 and they would refund it to me and make sure that I had a year's worth of credit. Then they applied the credit, but could not waive the $20 activation fee. Checked my CC and the $20 charge was there and then received an email saying that I would receive $360 in credits to cover the year. The confirmation and activation email came through and I was transferred to activation where they set up the line with a new number on an esim. Key is the promo says additional line.
