Anyone recently completed this trade in store can confirm they take $1000 off the OTD price? If it gets processed as a credit to the account it may not be worth it as it appears some have been having difficulties geting their CC credited.

I made a Spectrum internet account to take advantage of the S25 deal back in March. I didn't intend to keep the internet so only signed up for the very basic, use my own equipment plan.

Long story short, since I never activated the internet portion, they eventually closed my account including the mobile lines. By then I had already paid for 2 months of cell service and had the phones unlocked so no big deal. It saved me the hassle of calling in to cancel the internet myself.

Today, I tried setting up a new Spectrum account again to take advantage of this deal. But when I placed my order for the internet, it said it could not complete my order and to call in. Curious if anyone ran into a similar issue?

If the trade-in credit showed up in your account can you use that credit to pay off your "Internet/TV/phone" monthly bill?

or mobile account bills only?

Mobile only. Separate billing systems. Are you not able to get the credit back on your card?

My trade in was approved on 7/31. I am still waiting for the credit.

Can you provide a snapshot of how the credit shows on your account when it is posted and after it is transferred to credit card?

So lucky, same 7/31 approved date here, but still no credit on my account as of 8/12. I am wondering... maybe because my mobile account is brand new?

Picked up a z fold 7 yesterday 8/11 at my local Spectrum store. Just want to confirm if you pay in full, they take the trade in promo credit off the price of the phone on the spot. My OTD total was a little over $1k with taxes.
