Dear SD friends, anyone had problem getting the trade in credit? I did two trade in for flip. Assurant approved both trade-in. and email confirmed two that both approved. But only 1 credit showed up on my account. the two trade in approval was only 3 days apart. I then emailed Specturm email, no response. Now I just called specctrum mobile billing. CS also agreed I should get two credt back. Yet she doesn't know how to get it. She asked her manager, and called warehouse, and order line...... Anyone had that experience? which department should the CS contact? seems she tried to help, but doesn't know where to get help

Have you read the comments before you? We're at about 20% success rate with mail in trades this go round.

Reading these latest comments, makes me glad that I did it in store. Will make a note to not do any spectrum deals online in the future though or be very cautious. I have a question though. If I took advantage of this promo, would I be eligible for any future promos or is it a one promo per line type of deal?

Should be able to do it over and over. Log into your account and see if "upgrade available" shows.

What does upgrade available do? I think I asked earlier but no one replied. I clicked it and not really sure since I just got my fold 7.

Yes it's implied 2 phones traded for 2 phones back. No issue in store. Honestly I think they just do the same steps in the same system as if you were to place the order yourself online. The only addition is they inspect the trade ins and run it through a web based test.

My tradein device has reached the destination on Friday 08/15, but usps status says: Your item arrived at the LEWISVILLE, TX 75057 post office at 7:54 am on August 15, 2025 and is ready for pickup. Same status since Friday. Wondering if they have to pick it up or status will change in next few days?

Spectrum is asking me to wait for 7 days and contact again.

Did anyone else experience the same?

I got the completed trade in a few days after the pick up. Spectrum will likely ask you to wait for 2 billing cycles once it approves
