Finally this is over lol!! Dont have to fight for the $1k bonus credit. Will try to get it refunded to my credit card later. My guess is October 5th or 6th?

Mine just showed up also
I was credited $1700 dollars when I was supposed to be getting $1005+705 lol.
Also, no credit back on the state tax.

I will call them today to see if i can get the money credited back to my account. Then I will complain about the rest of this money missing.

Called back and the CS lady processed the credit back to my CC without any complaints. Said it could take 5-7 days

Once I get the money back and I will figure out why I was credited the wrong amount.

the first ticket was created back in July for the same issue with refunding credit back to card, nothing was done but they did mailed me a check. I requested a refund on the 26th Sept, they sent me a 2nd email requesting more time to investigate. I saw people were getting their credits so I checked mine and also received my 2nd trade in credits. I made a chat to request again, told me to wait. so I'll wait and see if they will send me a check like last time.

my account probably flagged from doing too many trade ins in the past and other issues. but I'm sure I'll get the credits back eventually.

Not sure what's up with 2 full bill cycles. Already had a line that I use regularly. Opened a new line to get fold7 in store. Unlocked fold7 on day 60th. Ported out right away after unlocked.

Opened 3rd line to get flip7 a week later after got fold7. The flip7 line was ported out after 1 week. No charge back whatsoever. Now the flip7 is being used on the original line and waiting for 60 days to get unlock.

Ahh, ok, its probably because you have and will keep using Spectrum. I opened an account (internet & phone) just for the promo and will close everything once I can unlock. Just to be extra cautious, I'm planning to wait 2 full billing cycles unless I can get confirmation I can do it earlier.

I got told by 2 CSs that the "2 billing cycles" starts AFTER the trade-in is approved by Assurant. Mine got approved by Assurant in the middle of a billing cycle (the 1st one after getting my phone) so I was told my "1st" cycle starts on the next billing cycle (so the 2nd billing cycle after getting the phone). I don't know if that's true for others or not...
