credit for my z fold and flip finally posted. thank god.
however they did not include the $5 promo credit for each phone I traded in and did not refund state taxes. I will contact them again, maybe they will fix this for me.

All in all, if I ever do this again, it will be in store. the storage upgrade is nice but still

The extra sales tax and stress this waiting has caused is not worth the free upgrade of $120. In store only from now on.

Spectrum is pretty much telling me to pound sand. Have opened up 5 tickets and they said they will not honor the 1000 trade in promotion. Even though I have on my account a note from a manager saying I was promised I qualified for the promotion and would get it. What next steps should I do?
