it's probably 50/50 if a customer service rep will know about the exact details about that. I'm sure the details are there in Spectrum's internal documents they can find and reference, but most will just say the standard "within 2-3 billing cycles" for trade-in credit to post on the account. Remember, what this sub is doing is niche, most don't need the credits to post before the 60-day device unlock threshold.

I wonder if those who are just now gettin the credit, if they have done this type of trade-in deals before. Perhaps, Spectrum is flagging those accounts and delaying the trade-in credits to post till the absolute deadline.

Received my trade-in credit yesterday. Called customer service today, and they refunded the amount back to my credit card without any questions.

So we should expect from now on that trade-in credit would only be issued after two billing cycles!

I'm not sure about that. I had to call in to receive my trade-in credit after waiting through two full billing cycles.

Those of you that received multiple trade in credits after waiting almost 2 months, did you maintain all the lines you opened to get the phones for 60 days or did you cancel all the extra lines except the free line and still got the credits for lines that you closed early?

nice. did they create a ticket or it just refunded immediately?
I "believe" that the CS i spoke to created a ticket as she said it could take up to a week and nothing showed up since I spoke to them 3 days ago.

so i was able to get the credit and refund and unlock.. finally, after 2 month i tried not to worry about it...
questions: is in-store trade in still get instant credit (deduct from total price?). i feel i am done with this type of waiting. If i want a pixel pro, i will try in-store

Yes in store is immediate refund credit plus taxes if you live in a state that refunds taxes on trades.
