This is a different phone from the April deal. That deal was for the 2025 version. This is the older 2024 version.

Verizon is trying to nuke the 60 day rule right now. Everyone should file an FCC comment reply by July 21 to push back: https://www.reddit.com/r/verizon/...you_to_do/ - This article says the window has expired, but if you post a comment as a "reply to other comments" (it is on the FCC comment form under comment type) they will still field it.

You can use any mobile number to receive the verification code when you place the order. It does not have to be the same number you will actually port-in when you have your new phone.

Not many resellers buy Moto phones. They mostly buy iPhones and high-end Samsungs. I sold TW and Metro unlocked Moto Edge, Moto Stylus phones on eBay and got better prices.

no. GV app will call through your carrier as long as you initiate the call from the app.

Settings / Making and receiving calls / Use carrier only

the other option is "Prefer WiFi and mobile data"

also in Android the option for my carrier to use WiFi calling is a toggleable option. turn them both off, and there should be no wifi calling happening however you originate the call.

Mine also stuck at pending remote fulfillment for a week now. They sent an email to notify that it is on backordered without any expected ship date.

I have the same order date, backorder email, shipped on the 2nd delivered today in the east coast. No eSIMM only a physical SIMcard…edit looks like it supports 2 SIMs one eSIM and one physical

I like this case from amazon. Just search FNTCASE for Motorola Razr-2024/2025 Case or the identical Goosebox case for $5.80

It's a one piece case. I do not like the 2 piece cases that are made from hard plastic. This case is TPU and gives a much better grip, however this case does not protect the metal hinge when folded but any case that does will add bulk.
