Oh interesting, what made playing MLB The Show not work on the Portal ? I was actually considering this as one of the primary titles I would have played to justify myself buying a Portal.

Input lag I think. Really hard to time pitches and hits. I was really hopeful but the very slight delay in the stream makes it rough.

I feel so. There are basic / beginner settings and would recommending "directional" hitting that I think would suit an 8-year old.
