Keep in mind this is the brushed motor version which should be fine for most homeowner use.The R86242B model however is the brushless version which is a huge improvement over the linked model above. The R86242B also fixes the dying power button issue which plagued previous versions. The catch is, this model currently costs 50% more, with no batteries or charger.Bottom line, the linked version is a good deal for occasional use, especially with the included batteries and charger. Just make sure you register it for the Lifetime Service Agreement.
