I have the 2 USB C version from different brand, in the end I think they're all the same.
Seems alright so far, worked as advertised. You can pull out the cable to whatever the length, but when retract, you have to pull the enter cable out, trigger the rotary spring, then it will start retract.
I can't speak for the longevity since I've only had it for 3 months, neither did I rewind the cable often.
