Took me awhile to figure out how to submit for the rebate card.
After you activate, you go to

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/, click start a new submission. Select your phone number for the T-Mobile Gateway and hit the optional Promo Code option, it is 250395. Fill out the information and then after ~10 weeks you get the gift card via text/email.

Affirmative. Hopefully they'll make the same mistake with a primary conductor soon and the problem will work itself out naturally.

I got this exact promotion for the rely plan and modem starting June 16. Works well except for having to reconnect my fire stick to the Wi-Fi literally every single time I turn my TV on. I've tried everything and it will not stay connected. Still have not received my $200 gift card however it has only been 6 weeks. The speed is good for my area. If you don't set up auto pay right when you order service they will not give you the auto-pay discount on your first bill, even if you sign up for it before the bill hits. Not especially crazy about their customer service but for $40 a month it's decent. Update: got my $200 rebate card for the rely plan after 8 weeks.

Ok, but how much is the actual plan? That might be useful information.
it's all in there if you read. 50,60 and 70 starting from lowest to highest. If you have T-Mobile phone lines then take another $15 off so it would be 35,45,55
Yeah, I posted this comment 3 months ago. The information wasn't in the post when it was first made.

I'm getting the following error trying to submit the promo: "Something went wrong, please try again."

The Internet is all set up and I'm using the correct account credentials but it's giving me that error using the promo submission link on the 1st page of this thread

Promotion link/website looks to work fine for me. Make sure you're logged in and you should be able to see previously applied for rebates/promotions.

I signed up on the 26th, modem arrived and activated on the 29th which is 2 days after those dates and I was out of luck. Overseas support is pretty clueless cause I had to explain the promotion to them. They don't immediately know what you are talking about even though they work in promotions and the customer does not.
where does it state you need to activate by as opposed to order by.

Activate by would be unusual - I ordered on the last day of the promotion 8/27, so of course activation was after that. I submitted rebate on 9/9 , so far still processing.

I submitted the $300 rebate on 8/18, which makes today 9 weeks. I chatted and they claimed it takes 10 weeks:

Upon reviewing the rebate promotions for home internet, I have found that the rebate processing may take up to 10 weeks from submission. Once approved, the virtual card will be sent within 7 business days via text message for existing T-Mobile customers or email for Internet-only customers. This promotion requires 60 days of validation/active service before submissions will be processed. The processing timeline takes this into account. Please allow a minimum of 10 weeks from the submission date. After this period, you can expect to receive a virtual rebate card at your email address for redemption.

Chatted again today and got the same BS that it was denied due to ineligible plan when I had the $65 plan for $300 rebate. Anyone have a screenshot of the original promotion?

Edit, call this number and have them fix/resubmit your submission for you: 877-311-8853

Would also be interested in this, because the 10 weeks processing time seems excessive. The T-mobile promotions FAQ states 6-8 weeks, but individual offer terms may vary, so wanted to see if the original offer showed 10 weeks.

"Each promotion has its own specific terms and processing times, but valid submissions that have all materials properly included generally receive their rebate within 6-8 weeks of the submission date. Valid submissions for T-Mobile promotions in Costco generally receive their rebate within 13 weeks. Check the terms of your specific promotion to see the estimated processing time."
