It's "ok." Cheap protein, mediocre quality. Only 66% protein (Optimum and others are 75%+), and a TON of cholesterol. 35% of your daily in 1 scoop is wild. Also much high calories, Optimum is 120 vs 180 (if you are watching calories). Good price, but also getting what you pay for with this. NOT saying don't buy it, but realize what you're paying for is all (a lot of fillers). A few bucks more will get you a name brand, good quality product.

Costco or Sam's club rotisserie chicken is the cheapest price for protein you can find. $4.97 for 3lb of chicken.

The 3.9 vanilla came to 15.70 total for me. No brainer. If it stays that price, I'll keep the subscription.

Just pointing out the facts here for people who don't know better. This is CHEAP QUALITY protein; there are better options for a few bucks more- any big name brand. No one said don't buy it, so don't be so butt hurt about nothing. Get whatever you want.

I bought this the last time it showed up. It's the cheapest whey powder on the market when looking only at $/protein. For me, the fillers are actually a plus since I use this to supplement and flavor my unflavored soy protein isolate, which tastes like death by itself. The added fat and flavorings of this powder make the soy protein not only bearable but almost downright pleasant. I use half a scoop of this for one scoop of the soy protein isolate.

Your warnings are correct and valid, but for those seeking the absolute cheapest whey protein (when considering price/gram), this is pretty much it.

I got the vanilla version of this as my first powder it was very hard to mix and I could not drink it without making faces. I have not had the same issue with kirkland powder and others. I remember buying this brand because it was the cheapest at the time.

At $0.0194/g of protein this is a good deal on straight protein. 1/3 filler (30g protein in 45g) isn't amazing ... but not the worst either.
The cholesterol and calories are less than ideal tho. 35%DV per scoop of cholesterol and 'serving' is 2 scoops. 190 cal is 70 of sugar and fat.
But its cheap!

You either didn't clip the 25% off coupon, or don't have it available to you. Also check shipping.
