I bought 3 of these Orbit Manual Hose timers in a single order. All 3 are defective. I have used this same exact item for years. I usually get them from HD or Ace Hardware. I saw them on sale On Amazon. When I tried them, they all tick like the mechanical timer is counting down, but when I turn the knob to the 0 position, they should shut off. None of the 3 did, they let water through the unit no matter where the dial is.
Returning all 3 and buying another brand.
