No it isn't. I ordered 3 to get free shipping. As of Aug 11, 730 AM Pacific Time the 313 ACE is available for shipping and store pick up. As always availability varies by region. A deal isn't "dead" until the price expires or it is sold out everywhere.

both might be the Anker 313 ace naming scheme but the Amazon one uses GaN technology and that makes the Amazon one a lot smaller charging brick. worth the extra $3 for portability (less bulk when traveling)

how is it misinformation?? please explain how these are the same exact product?look at the pictures of each product the target one is clearly much larger also look at each product description one says GaN technology(Amazon one) which is how they have been able to shrink the size of the newer chargers.

Both Target and the one here for Amazon appear to use Gan technology. The manual on Anker's website shows the one on Amazon and also has a V2.0 tag on the bottom. So I'm guessing that the one on sale on Amazon is a newer version of the 313. They just shrunk it down a tad for the new version. Microcenter has the Target one available for full price but has more information on the product. It does show GAN technology is used on their page.

I believe that the $12 rectangular a2643 may be the newer more reliable.
