Charger? I'm assuming you mean case. A magsafe case strengthens the magnetic connection as any normal case would diminish it's strength quite considerably... Meaning it would fall off the stand or charger easily.

In general, the whole point of getting a case is primarily some protection from scratches and accidental falls to the camera bump. Using a case with camera cutout which does not alings with the specific model with fail to do so, not to mention, might also look ugly/misfit IMHO
