It's not convenient, but check any ZIP Codes or locations close to you. 100 miles away from me It's 189, but the website is still showing 164 here locally.

Depends on your situation. If I were building today, I probably wouldn't go with this as it's a dead end platform. But there are people out there with 12th Gen I3 systems that could use this to squeeze another couple of years out of their PC for a decent price.

Here's a decent starter setup with a future upgrade path.
