I would get this, but I don't like malware plus Surfshark VPN seems to offer a better deal and for up to 2 years with anti-virus.

Yes you can do that, annual license will begin at time of actual activation and not purchase date.

I wouldn't buy this and install it on any computer. Norton has been trash for well over 20 years.
