The choice: Buy obsolete technology for $20 or buy current technology for $12. Buy the $20 deal Nano if it appeals to you and you don't mind the shorter life from high temperature operation which won't be a problem If only charging a phone.

If the Baseus is comparable for you then buy it. PP want foldable. After testing Anker 45w Ace 2 $12 at Target.com I ordered more. Personally I am not interested in older less capable adapters. Use case varies.
The Anker 30w doesn't have the 21V PPS mode you keep citing either.
