mine did not go in "reserve" and just changed the current plan...😭
I can't say why it would be different, I just did it a few weeks ago. Verizon is constantly making changes to the systems to be less and less customer friendly. Did it at least add the extra month to the expiration?

Thanks. But it's weird, they also refer tousers "T-Mobile or AT&T networks" needing to wait 12 months. Under what circumstances would a person not be on the Verizon network?
