Using an extreme test of 100ft, I would fetch about 5mbps of a 250mbps connection. At the same distance, with an AX router, I got 100mbps.
After this, I picked up a few of those ln1301/MX4300 and replaced my old system. My Internet went from ~25mbps throughout the house to 200+. No more disconnects, slow internet, buffering, etc.
I know tons of devices still use wifi 4/5 but I don't think it's worth buying this when we're at wifi 7.
