I can get open box excellent to ship for $1812 which is a great deal!

You won't find these specs for less.

I have this machine and my only complaint is that the screen is too reflective.

$1000 off for an "excellent" graded open box. I wonder how nasty the "fair" graded one would be?

oh man, this is tempting. First time buyer of an open box, what are my negatives of getting an "excellent" Omen? I travel alot and wanted to possibly get a drop and spills Warranty. Should I get a Geek Squad or will I be able to get one from HP?

Thank you

The only time I have issue with open box fair grade is when they package it with a demo model.

Other than that, the laptops have been look like name. Fair is missing the charge brick.

this is tempting. anyone know what wattage this laptop has for the 5080 and general build quality compared to a Lenovo legion pro 5/7?

edit: from what I'm reading this laptop is full wattage at 175w. Just bought one coming from a gen 6 legion 7 I will see what I think of build quality

The TGP goes up to 175 watts, which is fully powered. I have had extremely good gaming performance (virtually comparable to a desktop RTX 5070). The build quality is just fine, although I cannot compare it directly to the Legion. Here is a good video though comparing it to the Legion Pro 7i.

No Thunderbolt 5 FYI. Good price for those that don't need it
