Correct-- same with the Resy credit, use by 9/30 or lose the Q3 credit.

Only the Basic Card Member or Authorized Account Manager(s) on a U.S. Consumer Platinum Card® Account can enroll in the benefits section of their americanexpress.com account or by calling the number on the back of their Card. Enrolled Basic Card Members can receive up to $200 in statement credits each calendar year on eligible purchases charged to the Card Account. Eligible purchases include Oura Ring purchases made online at U.S. website ouraring.com. Not valid on purchases shipped to U.S. territories or outside the U.S. Excludes Oura membership purchases, other hardware purchases (e.g., chargers, add-ons), extended warranty purchases, Oura gift card purchases, and purchases made using third-party retailers, delivery services or other intermediaries. Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Card Member and Additional Card Members on the Card Account are eligible for statement credits. However, each enrolled Card Account is only eligible for up to $200 in statement credits per calendar year, per Card Account.

Also this is just a paid ad. If you click the tiny Advertiser Disclosure at the top of deal, it says

The new annual fee for each of the U.S. Consumer and Business Platinum Cards is $895. For Card Members who opened accounts before September 18, 2025, the new annual fee will go into effect at their next renewal date on or after December 2, 2025 (U.S. Business Platinum) or January 2, 2026 (U.S. Consumer Platinum).
And the $100 in resy credit for this quarter ?
Once you copy it (FILE - MAKE A COPY), you plug in how much you value each benefit and see if it totals over $895. If so, then yeah, it's probably worth it. If no, it's not.
