I would be hesitant to trust BB open boxes for an expensive item though... I bought a "excellent condition" legion go from them and the usb port didn't even work; luckily the manager there replaced it with a new one for me.

Anyone have experience with Lenovo honoring manufacturer's warranty on open box laptops from Best Buy?
I've done it twice with more affordable Lenovo laptops and never had a problem. Just send them the receipt and ask for it to be reset.
If it's THIS expensive it ought to have it
