The oddball of the Halloween series but my personal favorite. No digital version with this one but a great price, especially since I paid full price last year

I guess I'll have to watch this again. I remember when this first came out on "Superchannel" (or was it First Choice?) in Canada… about 6 months or so after being in theaters. It was one of the first movie I watched on Canada's version of HBO back in the early 80's…

Back then I thought it was utter trash… back then I wanted me my Michael Myers… so now… I'll give it another chance…

Amazing deal on a classic movie. Not for everyone but I sure love it. Insider tip: The masks in this movie live on in the last several movies of the Halloween series. You have to be quick to spot them. Usually on trick or treaters.

I had no intention of watching this movie until checking out SD and reading the comments here. Now I'm going to see it tonight on Peacock.

I was so confused watching this movie the first time. Maybe I need to watch it again and it will make sense to me.

The 4K is fantastic. Spend the extra 4 bucks for the superior experience.

Silver Shamrock!

I saw this movie maybe twice when I was 12 or 13 and it's been rattling around in my brain for over 30 years.

I watched this movie a lot as a kid, mostly because we picked it up cheap at some discount store on VHS. I got scarred as a kid because my delinquent aunt let us watch Halloween 1+2, so when I found out 3 was available...It scared the crap out of me even tho no Myers...... until I grew up and started laughing at how cheesy it was. But somehow this became a cult classic because it followed that of the era. The music, tone and general plot of the movie is quite strange and creepy. Honestly I think it would kill it for me watching this in 4k, because it's burned into my memory as a VHS.
I don't think I could watch this again because I might embarrass myself if I actually get scared, lol.

Is it really though? I've bought into some 70s & 80s 4K Blu's & can barely tell the difference between a standard Blu & the 4K. And I have a 85" QLED.

I can tell more on NEWER films.
