Alright this is the second time I've had to do a few workarounds to get the S&S discounts to apply. Is anyone else having problems getting the discounts listed? It wanted to charge me ~$40 for 2 boxes the first couple of times, but I ended up sealing it with $31.80 or something

Plz tell me I'm not the only one!

I was able to duplicate that price if you change the first delivery date to your next S&S date instead of the expedited "get it sooner" shipment option that it defaults to now; simply click "change first delivery date" in the product page, then hit subscribe.

As opposed to containing sugar, which is not good for your health

Passing. Honestly as a power lifter and someone with 12% body fat, it's better to have sugar rather than erythritol. Too much sugar or any industrialized sugars are bad for you anyways, so it's better to just have self control and eat little amounts of any sweets including Erythritol. There is less long term clinical data on artificial sweeteners, so sugar is the safer sweetener.

You must mean added sugar. Sugar in the right context (e.g. fruit) isn't bad. BTW, this product ALSO contains Stevia, so it seems an unforced error resorting to more than that.

What do you recommend? I've been using these post-workout for a while, only because they didn't tear up my insides.

Same price I got them for. $1.30/bar is a good price for decent protein bars. That's about what I pay for the Kirkland brand at Costco.

Why aren't there protein bars that 1) don't contain sugar, AND 2) don't contain artificial sweeteners / sugar alcohol? I don't mind if it tastes like dirt, I just don't want either of those things

Out of the 5 flavors on sale which is the best? I have had their protein chips before (Also on sale for 20% off right now) but never any of the bars.

As a company, yeah sure, let's put out a product that tastes like dirt and barely anyone will buy 🙄

My dude, there's simply not a market for it. Why would a company invest their money into developing a product that practically no one but you would buy? You should order unflavored protein powder and formulate your own bars, it's super easy.
