I use this, I mean I don't have much in comparison besides the liquid IV. It taste fine and not super salty. Ingredient wise, I am sure better options but I do use it daily as I workout 6 days a week.

I tried it once on a whim and I personally like it more than other electrolyte powders I've tried. Bought it a few more times since. I would say it's at least worth a try at this price point!
