I don't mind anyone discussing the nutrition, but please at least be accurate. These are not protein bars they are energy bars. Your body uses sugar as a quick source of energy, that is why endurance athletes often eat something akin to pure sugar while competing. Next, the label shows 31% of your daily value of sugar for a 2000 calorie diet. The bar itself is about 25% sugar. Realistically, this is about the same sugar content as one piece of fruit, such as an apple or a peach and a perfectly reasonable quantity to consume. This is not the bar for me, but if you're an endurance athlete it may be the bar for you.
