I don't mind anyone discussing the nutrition, but please at least be accurate. These are not protein bars they are energy bars. Your body uses sugar as a quick source of energy, that is why endurance athletes often eat something akin to pure sugar while competing. Next, the label shows 31% of your daily value of sugar for a 2000 calorie diet. The bar itself is about 25% sugar. Realistically, this is about the same sugar content as one piece of fruit, such as an apple or a peach and a perfectly reasonable quantity to consume. This is not the bar for me, but if you're an endurance athlete it may be the bar for you.

I appreciate you pitching in. I feel like these forums are always either "has sugar, is bad" or "has sucralose/stevia/allulose/etc, is bad."

While I wish manufacturers would stick to natural sugar and just use LESS of it, everything is about moderation and choosing the right nutrition for your diet/activity. A bottle of Gatorade has something like 50g of sugar, but I still consume it when doing long distance on my bike or other high-strain exercise.

When I was younger, I made the mistake of believing the key was heavy or prolonged exercise while starving my body of the energy. That makes it a real slog and it was hard to keep up the motivation.
