If you are buying Best Buy gift cards you need to buy physical cards for delivery. These offers don't work on e-gift cards cause they are provided from a 3rd party.

when you add 3 cards to your cart, you are doing so to a Cashstar cart, not a Best Buy cart.

Amex will find out because you are buying from Cashstar, not from Best Buy.

Check the website url when you are doing business on the internet so you are fully aware of "where* you are doing business.

Seems like if you get it on 2 different cards, only allows on one card. Like as in different brand Amex cards

It will work on 2 different cards, but only if the 2 cards are linked to different Amex online log-ins (i.e., if you have a spouse who is an authorized user on the card and the spouse has a separate log-in from you).
