Usually it's people posting about how they're quitting, but sometimes it's good tips
250pts + bonuses a day just for bing searches, the daily rewards activities usually get another 50-100. xbox points are another 50 a day or so plus another few hundred per week in bonuses.
Sadly, now that prices of everything keep going up and they keep trying to reduce the points awarded, i might be making one of those "i'm leaving this time for real and i mean it" posts myself soon.

second time it was cdkeys or w/e site core conversion for under $8 per month until late 2027
then while the rewards were decent, i used them to exchange for months until early 2028
if all those methods are gone, i'll go back to my 500+ game backlog that most PC gamers have until an easy/cheap conversion exists again
Welp, Im gettind rid of my series X once my sub runs out in Dec 2027. They can go to hell. PS5 for me here on out.
Competitors usually do silly things together. I'm preparing myself for Sony to drink the silly sauce and try to screw up their goodwill, too
Pay for every game individually.
Not to mention upgrading parts every few years to keep up.
You end up paying more, but I guess you get the feeling of pride and accomplishment putting your own box together
1) If you think people aren't hacking with consoles, you're naive. 2) If you actually use a good antivirus program (and yes, Microsoft Defender counts here, especially when paired with other products for malware) you don't have to worry about viruses.
>>>Pay for every game individually.
That...is exactly how consoles work as well. There's also Humble Bundle (monthly sub but you own the games) and MANY sites with bundle deals and sales.

You mean like buying the next console when the console mfgs stop putting games out for it? Or do you think you can play Battlefield 6 (as an example) on a OG Xbox or Playstation 1?

You also have the ability to do far more than play games on it. If I want to set up a retro gaming system with literally every console up through about PS3/Xbox 360/Switch 2 and the majority of arcade games -and- set up a home server -and- work from home -and- be creative -and- probably 10,000 or more ideas I'm not coming up with at the moment.....computers are the way.
All a console is is a stripped-down and locked-down PC at this point.
