Considering Nvidia cards have hit their launch msrp's, I would hold the line for MSRP or less.

Yea, I saw the 5070, 5070ti and 5080 below MSRP in some other slickdeals posts so the 9070xt still being above MSRP kinda feels meh. However the 9070xt seems to out perform the 5080 in borderlands 4 (very very specific situation) so if that is something you want to play really badly right now then it is def worth it.

Actually for NVidia we have seen already prices under msrp however they will bring out refreshment cards with more memory soon and were rumored to be the same price as current cards msrp. I don't think AMD is going to bring out new cards so they might not reduce the price until NVidia has its new cards out.

Battlefield 6, too. Nvidia's driver overhead issues are catching up to them.

The cheapest price I've seen for a 9070 XT since launch and this is a welcome change. However, it would be better if most 9070 XT GPUs came down in price to MSRP levels. Although, I did buy my 9070 XT for $670 (open box), hopefully, MSRP pricing for these cards will eventually become a reality sooner rather than later.

AMD cards tend to get deal/sale prices (like on Amazon) as opposed to NVidia cards... so I'll bet we see some AMD cards for sale under MSRP with the upcoming Prime sale.

I would just like to point out that MSRP really only reflects on certain cards that are closer to reference design and not all will be at that price. card that have things like dual bios and extra fans and fancy lights will cost more. $650 would be perfectly acceptable for a feature rich card.

DEFINITELY a slick deal.

I have this card and it does anything and everything i need it to. I got it when everyone was getting fleeced with graphics cards, so i knew i was over paying, but didn't care. I had been a lifelong Nvidia fan until I got this card, now I'm never going back.
