The latter two deals are the same, but you have the choice to get the free one or else pay $20 for one pizza.
I wonder what they would state if I ordered online with this deal, called them and told them to withhold or not make the free pizza. I just want one $20 pizza, but I want the deal. Lol

I called my domino's, they said there no catch. Im snagging this!
The catch is when they raise their menu pricing.
Flat rate deals turning into bogo.
$9.99, but we'll give you bogo for $19.98.
Or, the regular price is $15.98, but they could have sold it for $7.99. Then they say bogo50%. So bogo50%, but regular price is $15.98 and then they get another $7.99 (50% off), so they just made $7.99 profit. Basic marketing.

They went from 50% any size pizza to flat $9.99 large pizzas with limited (12, 7, etc) free toppings to BOGO for $20.

What I would do is use it within the next few months to justify the $20, so 2-3 bogos. Everything you use it after is gravy (or in this case, extra cheese).
