I would've agreed with you if you said there was more to the story they could've explored but what you said makes no sense. they clearly were working on this game without the intention of milking a third game and made sure to balance the story with that in mind. the free dlc is another testament to how good the studio treated this franchise.

Great price on Demon's Souls. If I didn't already have such a massive backlog I'd bite at this, but I want to play the Lies of P DLC as my next souls game. Just waiting for a sale on that

Nice find OP ! Been waiting on the fence for the longest time for when DS2 would drop in price, this was the catalyst I needed, bought it for 37 bucks at Gamestop since they also PM'ed and I had 13 bucks worth of expiring points to use.

From everything I hear - its a stunning title for the Pro console, and a contender for GOTY so really looking forward to it ! After I finish Yotei of course, which is another BANGER of a game... I know one can argue maybe I could have waited till BF for DS2 for it to drop EVEN more, but I think for a Sony first party title, its unlikely to hit 40 so soon.

I'm wanting to try Ghost of Yotei but I still haven't played Ghost of Tsushima so I should be able to hold off until Yotei reaches these prices haha.

Lego Horizon is solid, just beat it last night with my SO. Biggest complaint is that characters can't get very far aware from each other.

The games are not related Yotei takes place hundreds of years later. There's no reason to stop yourself from getting yotei first

It's my favorite Souls game. It's very linear but FromSoftware had a lot of good ideas when this originally released. I got a few characters up to +7.

The stories aren't related but from what I've seen, the gameplay isn't exactly a drastic departure (which is a good thing, I'd say). Probably not the worst idea to get Tsushima for cheap and make sure you enjoy the gameplay before springing for the $70 full price on Yotei.
