Seem like really well performing units if you can get updated one where the mold issue is not a problem. Just hesitant to pull the trigger on these right now along with my windows being 40" wide which seems to be out of the suggested width range. Hoping someone that has one of the units will post their experience and suggestions. THANK YOU for posting. Have a great safe week.

I had 2 of them and they both leaked inside my house causing water damage. I reseated and tilted the unit many times and it still would fill up with water and leak out the front of the unit every rainstorm. Even after getting the upgraded plug. Which fills up with slime and causes the unit to do the same thing as the old plug. So mold is still an issue after installing the new upgraded plug. Unless you replace it or clean it out every month or so. They give you a bunch of plugs so you can replace them. But I had to replace them every month or the unit would fill up with water. Especially in dehumidify mode. But i guess it depends on your climate and location. You might not have the same slime mold and water damage issue I had.
