Edit: Reminder if you don't have Prime the $35 free shipping threshold is based on the pre-coupon price, so you only need a $1.01 filler item for the order to ship free.
You can regularly get it cheaper than this if you order from direct from china, but that normally takes a couple weeks.
For anyone that doesn't know better; never pay full MSRP for one of these or Sofirn lights, they go on sale way to often for that.

EDIT: Answering my own question: No. AliExpress sold this for only $13, but it did not come with the magnetic tail cap. Shipping took about 2 weeks.

They both use an 18650 battery, a buck converter, the same 519A LED, and have the same UI. The WK03 is slightly smaller. Because of that, it gets hot faster, so it puts out slightly less light in low/medium/high, and won't hold Turbo as long.
They're both great flashlights, arguably the best you can get under $40. Repped OP again. Here's why:

$16.99 is the lowest that the Nichia 519a version has been offered.
In my own experience, the weight and dimensions Wurkkos shows on their own site have always been correct.
