I have a $10 off $20 vaccine coupon...
If I have coupons or an ECB, do I need to go over $20 to use the vax coupon?
(Yes I do include ECB as money spent, but getting 50% off coup plus I see a sale for b1g1-$1 seems too good a deal to pass on)
