Any reason to get the mid torque over this for lug nut removal and general automotive repairs?

Edit: my mistake. I didn't realize this WAS the mid torque. I meant to ask if this or the M18 Fuel ONE KEY w/friction ring was a better alternative.

Mid torque for automotive. The mid torque model was developed to be comfortable and maneuverable for long periods of time without causing strain whilat delivering the right amount of power - not too low, not too high, which is perfect for automotive lug work

Are the HO 6.0aH better than the first gen? Seeing most people recommend the 5.0 for higher torque and less early death
