Read the one star reviews. Many recent reports of the fan prematurely failing: seizing up and smelling like burning electronics. Fans should have a fuse so they don't pose a hazard, so reports of a burning smell are really concerning. <br />

These Amazons look like an exact copy of one version of the honeywell if not from the same factory. (or some of my "Honeywells" are counterfeits which is not unlikely since I sometimes get them from Amazon)
