It's 140w so I doubt ssfc 2.0 will go over 140W. Make sure you have a wire that high enough to support ssfc. I assume any 65w+ cable will do

Anyone brought this previous deal to see quality compared to Anker and UGreen? Hesitant with their high wattage chargers

There a lot of anker 4 port bricks.

General speaking most popular branded chargers are the same. The difference will be energy efficient, shutting/throttling down due to overheating, and safety certification.

The current highest energy efficient ranking is VI. VI means it meets the minimum government requirement of energy efficient of that level. You can tell by the label on the charger if it meets the minimum requirements. It is VI inside a circle.

A lot of chargers will shut down or throttle down when the are at max load due to overheating. How long the chatger keep going before it throttle/shut down depends on how the charger deals with heat. The bigger the charger the better it can deal with heat.

Note that the specs only list 240V as input voltage instead of 100-240V like many other chargers. US power outlets are typically 120V.

Is Baseus safe? I know Anker and Ugreen are well established at this point. I keep seeing this company on here but IDK if it's paid advertising or not.

Not sure what you mean by "safe". Are their chargers going to work and not damage electronics? Yes. Baseus is as safe as Anker and Ugreen are. Safer in my experience.
