Can this run 4 USB high-demand charging devices simultaneously without a significant drop in charge time or charging at all?

Yep, and I know that, so I did ordered one. Only wanted to know how to use or have no extra hopes.

If you go to the one star reviews, there are a lot about it overheating and potentially being a fire hazard.

Link to 80? I need to charge 4 high demand USB devices without a significant drop in charge time. This one costs more, but might start to meet the challenge. https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Cha...B0DBZY57ZF

For now, just plug in up to six 60w or 100w adapters into AC.

I would only use this to charge devices when I travel.

I travel frequently internationally. You really have to dig into these ads to see if the items meet the voltage requirements for overseas. This does not and the other mentioned also doesn't. I'm always having to check to make sure the device supports 240V before I have a bad experience with the 110V one while in another country. Best if you can find a dual voltage device, but I'm sure that would cost more than this one.

First and foremost, you need to be way more specific. What one person calls "high demand", another would call moderate. I, for example, would call anything under a 100W device as "moderate". Do you really have 4 USB devices, all capable of charging at 100W or more, that you need to charge in the exact same place at the same time? If so, why would you charge all those expensive devices on this cheap-as-dirt powerstrip, EVEN IF YOU COULD????
Second, the expectation that you could charge even a SINGLE 60W device on this $8 power strip is kinda silly. Maybe, years from now, that level of technology will be commodotized to this price point, but c'mon...
Third, and perhaps most important, the item description CLEARLY STATES what it supports, which is 15W (5V/3A) on the USB-C side. And that is probably TOTAL (so using both ports simultaneously will reduce that). And standard USB-A ports will NEVER be able to charge a "high-demand" device.
Having said all that, there are plenty of decent options in the sub $80 range. I own several of the no-name brands that are available in the $30-60 range. But my favorite so far is the Sabrent display unit. It has a really decent output (252W), AND a display...

For only $60 right now, it is a no-brainer imo. But even it will only do TWO devices at 100W (at the same time).

I've been using the 1ft version of this for 2-3 months now without issues. I only bought it because it's one of the few outlet extenders I could find that had BOTH a short angled cord and USB ports. I have a microwave, a Keurig, an electric kettle, and a coffee grinder that I don't have enough outlet spots for. I have the grinder, kettle, and coffee maker plugged into this through one of the outlets, along with the USB-A port sometimes in use for charging my phone. The USB-A ports are definitely not high power, but i wasn't expecting that at this price. Haven't tested the USB-C ports yet.
I only ever use one of the high draw devices on this extender at one time and I've had no issues so far. I did stress test it by turning on the Keurig and letting it get to temp so that it's only maintaining temperature, and then I turned on the kettle along with it, so I was basically maxing out the 15-20A outlet in this test. The extender handled that without an issue for the short test I did.
All in all I'm happy with the purchase (so far).
