If you're in a working class neighborhood, those will be gone unless you visit your walmart atleast twice a day, but yes, walmart is clearing out their fans now and these can be had for $5-$7. Happens like clockwork every year (I know because I stock up by driving to the posh neighborhoods)
When I used to have a busy job, I literally used to visit my walmart and other stores atleast twice a day between locations but now I just go to thift shops and garage sales. They are used but I've found higher quality Honeywell, Holmes (the higher quality ones) for $5
