But it seems like they're mostly sending on ones that are on android 15 now.

Could I buy this as a new customer and after the month of service, swap his line to this phone?
If after activating and registering your new account for the RAZR you login on the website and move the lines service to another phone then the RAZR will be free to use immediately after on an existing metro account
or
go into settings -> networking -> sim cards
or
call yourself on another phone
or
call the Caller ID test line 804 222 1111
