I've had this same exact model for about 8-10 years.
Great quality but the lenses do get scratched overtime. Its not scratch resistant.

Few years ago I bought replacement "glass" and replaced the original lenses with other brand.
They're still holding up, even with scratches.

Where did you get lens replacements? I have a couple of old oakleys that are scratched up.

Polarized glasses make it difficult to read screens due to smudging?

Damn, they still make the oil rig? I remember when those came out in the early 2000s (if my memory is serving me correctly). They came out at the same time they made the mp3 player sunglasses.

I buy cheap polarized replacement lenses from ebay, I scratch them so frequently that I don't care that they are cheaply made, they always fit fine and look good at least for a few months

I got mine on Amazon about 4 years ago. It came in a 2-pack and I only used their black one so far. The other one is a rainbow color type and I havent used it yet.

Amazon has plenty of options.

I don't understand why you'd buy Oakleys but use cheap lenses in them. Yes you are paying for the name, but I've found the lenses are much better than any other brand. Any cheap pair or non-Oakley I've had would get side glare and just not as clear (knock around, ray ban, spyder)

By the time I get mine scratched up, woot generally has a sale that a new pair it roughly the same as replacement lenses

After all the psychedelics you've done, I would not trust that memory, big dog.
