These are really great- for the person wearing them. Prepare to blind those around you!
RE Running: These typically get uncomfortably warm for me without running after a short period of time. Maybe if you have an under layer you will enjoy this.

Do not be surprised, if when wearing this, someone walks up and says: "Klaatu barada nikto".

These are great, but you can get them considerably cheaper on Ali if you don't mind waiting.

Yes ... No. Used earlier in sci fi, The Day The Earth Stood Still.

these work really good but be warned that you have to use the charging cable provided. May be common to sense to some, but using a higher watt usb c charger completely fries these headlamps which causes them to no longer charge. I lost two without knowing this at first, but amazon kindly replaced them when i reached out to customer service

As others have said, this style tends to get hot. Both the spotlight and the halo LEDs get uncomfortable after about 5 minutes. I haven't tried this particular brand, but tried another of this style for running. Besides the heat, the RH positioning of the light is also awkward. The edge of the spotlight can be blocked by your face and hair, and the beam isn't centered to where your head turns.
I tend to just keep products I get on the cheap as a backup, but I returned mine because I couldn't think of a situation where every aspect of using this thing wouldn't annoy me.

I'm looking for a headlamp to use while getting under my car for repairs. Would that situation work with this or is there a better headlamp for that?

That looks dorky as hell, ain't no way I'm gonna get caught in public with that on my head.

I use a Perun 3 Mini on my evening runs.
