One day I looked at it wrong while near some water and the battery stopped working for a month. And I don't mean "submerged it in water" water damage, I mean "I used it in the bathroom while the shower was running" amounts of moisture simply disabled it. I have a DeWalt 20V so I just set it aside & used that instead. I fully expected it to be dead, but I checked it once a week or so and I guess it dried out because eventually it started working again. lmao
The good news is that this battery is internally identical to the DeWalt and PC battery and with a little modification you can use it on a DeWalt tool. I mean I am not saying buy this for that ability lol but if you do get it as a starter drill you'll be able to keep the battery lol

Edit: nevermind - I see it now. It goes back if it doesn't include battery and charger. Very deceptive if that is the case.
Also lots of complaints about dead batteries in the 1 to 3 star reviews with some of the used ones not having a battery included.
